When it comes to metal stamping, don’t trust your precision parts manufacturing to anyone but Evans. We take pride and use great care when stamping your parts whether they’re stainless steel, hot or cold rolled steel, aluminum, brass, copper, Inconel or if they’re coated, countersunk, cruciform, embossed, heat treated or have other features.

We can assist with prototyping or run high volume jobs. Our metal presses can handle 30 to 1,000 tons at speeds up to 1,200 cycles per minute. When your project calls for high quality, precision stamping call Evans.

Our metal stamping machinery includes:

  • 39 conventional presses from 30 to 1000 ton

  • 27 high speed (1200 SPM) Bruderer presses from 40 to 125 ton

  • 6 brake presses from 150 to 250 ton

Celebrating Our 70+ Year History!

It was 70+ years ago, in 1948, that Leonard L. Evans, Jr. established Evans Tool & Die, Inc. in Decatur, Georgia. Leonard his wife Mary Alice were both tool & die makers who began their first shop in their daughter’s play house. The legacy that they began lives on.
