Deanne "Dee" Barnes has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Evans Tool & Die / Evans Metal Stamping, Inc. since 2011. Dee is the granddaughter of company founder Leonard Evans, Jr., and represents the company's third generation of family leadership. A seasoned industry leader, she is the driving force behind Evans' ongoing commitment to "Made in the USA" manufacturing and delivering the highest caliber of customer service. After attending Georgia College and State University, Dee has contributed in every aspect of the company for more than 30 years. Now as CEO, she continues the family legacy as an example of prosperous domestic manufacturing since 1948. Evans exists not only to make a profit for its stakeholders, but to make a positive impact that supports and encourages customers, employees and their families, and the community. The company has celebrated more than 75 years in business and over 50 years in the Conyers and Rockdale area. Rodney brings dedication and commitment to Evans through creating and managing successful manufacturing processes. He has experience in tool & die build as well as production floor management, with a focused skill in production and order processing software management. Rodney's experience in both writing and managing manufacturing production software makes Evans very efficient in metal stamping production. His oversight of the manufacturing processes assures that customers receive the highest quality finished goods, delivered on time. Rick has literally grown up within Evans. Since 1992, from the shop floor to the executive leadership team, his extensive experience in design engineering, tool & die, metal stamping, and production contributes to Evans' efficiency and growth. Cheryl Dockery has served as Director of Human Resources of Evans Tool & Die / Metal Stamping, Inc. since 2019. Cheryl began her career in human resources management in 1990, working for two large Atlanta-based law firms, Troutman Sanders and Swift Currie, where she gained invaluable HR and management experience. She worked in the legal arena for over 25 years until she decided to leave the Atlanta commute behind to work closer to home, at which time she was introduced to the manufacturing industry. Cheryl has the proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization and is well versed at being a liaison between, and support to, both the employer and employee alike. She is particularly experienced in recruitment, staff onboarding and coaching, performance management, employee relations and dispute resolution, employment law compliance, and overall employee benefits administration. Cheryl is a member of the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has also served as a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (national and local Atlanta chapters). Together with an excellent team, Cheryl strives to display and teach others to live out the Evans core values of integrity, excellence, generosity, and accountability.

Len Evans has served in second generation leadership for over 56 years. Len's skill in tool & die build as a Master Tool Maker continues to be an asset to the Evans team. He currently serves on the Executive Council and continues to bring invaluable skill to the Evans manufacturing and tool & die teams. Ray has served in second generation leadership for over 50 years. Ray served as President of Evans from 2000 to 2011. His 51 years of experience as a tool and die maker and plant manager have been the heart of success for the Evans legacy. As a Master Tool Maker, Ray is the bedrock of solid quality and highest skill on the Evans team. Ray brings great leadership and oversight that has helped shape Evans into the company you love to do business with. He currently serves on the Executive Council and continues to play a key role in the highest quality tool & die and metal stamping manufacturing.
