Vacuum lift moving a full sheet of steel across the Evans production floor

Metal fabrication, start to finished part.

Progressive and hand-transfer stamping, welding, finishing, machining, assembly, and packaging, a complete, single-source path from raw material to a shipped product.

Evans provides comprehensive metal fabrication under one roof, stamping, welding, finishing, and more, so a part never leaves the building until it's done. Keeping operations in-house and sourcing local saves money, decreases lead times, and speeds time to market.

Metal fabrication, step by step

From raw material to a finished, ready-to-install part, here is what happens under our roof.

Our stamping capabilities span precision progressive stamping with metal coil and sheet metal, from prototype and low-volume runs to high-volume production, on presses from 30 to 1,000 tons at up to 1,200 strokes per minute.

Material choices: stainless steel, hot and cold rolled steel, copper, aluminum, brass, and Inconel

Stamping operations

Our engineers work with designs from simple to complex part geometries, incorporating stamping operations such as:

Finishing options

Value-added services include drilling, countersinking, tapping, reaming, and assembly. We also provide these finishing options to enhance the utility, aesthetic, and technical qualities of your parts:

Heat Treating
Black, Yellow, and Clear
Zinc Plating
E-Coating
Powder Coating
Anodizing
Part Cleaning
Automatic Deburring

Everything the part needs, in one shop

Our fabrication line spans progressive and coil/sheet stamping (30–1,000 tons, up to 1,200 strokes/min), in-house tool and die, full welding, and a complete finishing department.

Because we do the work ourselves, we communicate directly with you about specifications, tolerances, and intended use, and incorporate stamping operations from bending and coining to drawing, piercing, and blanking.

A single source lowers your risk

One domestic supplier for the whole part means fewer vendors, fewer hand-offs, and a supply chain you can actually see. It's the reshoring advantage in practice: resilience and speed, not just a lower unit price.

From R&D and design to finishing, cleaning, and packaging, our engineers and technicians deliver a complete manufacturing solution tailored to your requirements.

Decreased lead times

No shipping parts between vendors, the whole job moves across one floor.

Reduced supply-chain risk

One accountable partner for the entire part, domestically sourced.

One-stop finishing

Weld, finish, assemble, and package so parts leave ready to install.

In-house tooling

Dies designed and built here keep the whole process under our control.

Faster time to market

Fewer hand-offs and local sourcing compress the whole timeline.

ISO 9001:2015 quality
