Absolutely. Our rapid prototyping services efficiently develop and test your design, accelerating time to market, and laser cutting lets us do it without building a die first.

We work with anybody who needs metal fabrication, whether it's a single sign for the front lawn or 10,000 parts for a commercial product.

We work in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor and accept common formats like DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, and PDF. Send what you have and we'll confirm.

Process & Materials

Stamping creates a die of the required shape, then a heavy press stamps out the product, ideal for high volume. Laser cutting melts or vaporizes a path through the metal to create intricate designs with no tooling, ideal for prototypes and low-to-mid volume. Many programs start on the laser and graduate to stamping.

Our fiber laser cuts a variety of metals precisely, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium.

Rapid prototypes at a fraction of the cost of a die; precision automotive and aerospace components; flat panels with smooth joints; accurate medical-device parts; and custom signs and one-off pieces.

Yes, we design, build, and maintain every stamping die in-house with 15 master tool makers. Your tooling never leaves our control, which means faster turnaround and one team accountable for quality.

Your tooling is yours. We build it, maintain it, and store it here, ready for your next release, with no offshore lock-in.

67 punch presses ranging from 30 to 1,000 tons, running up to 1,200 strokes per minute, spanning light-gauge precision work to heavy, large-format stamping.
