Our Capabilities
Tool & Die
We employ a deep bench of master tool makers and apprentices who produce dies, molds, machine tools, cutting tools, and other tools used in manufacturing. Common tooling includes metal forming rolls, and cutting tools such as tool bits and milling cutters, fixtures or even whole machine tools used to manufacture, hold and/or test products during fabrication. We also offer stamping capabilities, including coining, forming, secondary and hand transfer dies; and progressive and transfer stamping. We work with most materials and offer checking, welding, inspection and assembly fixtures. We are ISO 9001-2015 certified.
Metal Stamping
Don’t trust your precision parts manufacturing to anyone but Evans. Whether large or small, single hit or progressive, we take great pride and care stamping your parts. Our experience includes; stainless, hot or cold rolled, aluminum, brass, copper, inconel and coated, countersunk, cruciform, embossed, and heat treated. We also assist with prototyping or high volume runs on presses from 30 to 1,000 tons at speeds up to 1,200 strokes per minute. We are ISO 9001-2015 certified. Call Evans for all your stamping needs.
Design Engineering
We work closely with clients to create innovative manufacturing solutions that work. Our engineers design cost effective solutions to solve our clients’ toughest engineering challenges. Whether you’re making precision medical equipment, lighting products, or building rugged firearms and ATVs, Evans’ design engineers will assist with you in R&D, design, prototyping, and reverse engineering. The geometry of our drawings (CAD, CAM) carry over to a wide variety of machines, giving you maximum flexibility, usage, and value. We work with the following file formats: SolidWorks, Auto CAD, 3D Inventor 12, .stp, .sat, .igs, .dwg, .dxf. Give us an opportunity to meet your needs.
Welding & Finishing
Beyond tool & die, and stamping, we offer high-quality, spot and resistance, MIG, TIG and robotic welding. No matter the size of your project, we’re prepared to assist with; tubes, frames, brackets, wiring and cables. Our team provides welding to meet ISO 9001:2015, NTMA standards or higher.
