Deanne “Dee” Barnes has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Evans Tool & Die/Evans Metal Stamping, Inc. since 2011. Dee is the granddaughter of company founder, Leonard Evans, Jr., and represents the company’s third generation of family leadership. A seasoned industry leader, she is the driving force behind Evan’s ongoing commitment to “Made in the USA” manufacturing and delivering the highest caliber of customer service.
After attending Georgia College and State University, Dee worked in every aspect of the company for more than 30 years. Now as CEO, she continues the family legacy as an example of prosperous domestic manufacturing since 1948.

Rodney brings dedication and commitment to Evans through creating and managing successful manufacturing processes. Rodney has experience in Tool & Die build as well as production floor management with a focused skill in production and order processing software management. Rodney’s experience in both writing and managing manufacturing production software makes Evans very efficient in our metal stamping production. Rodney’s oversight of our manufacturing processes assures that our customers receive the highest quality finished goods delivered on time.

Rick has 25 years in Tool & Die building experience and is a Master Tool Maker. Rick brings a highly skilled ability in producing high quality, lasting, efficient die design and tooling. Rick’s ability to foresee problems before they occur in a design or tooling process puts Evans and our customers at the top of their game. Rick also brings solid Leadership to his team on the production floor.

Wanda is SPC capable and is very knowledgeable in reading blue prints and using a wide range of measuring equipment. Wanda manages the quality department overseeing all activities relating to calibration, in process inspection, final inspection, PPAP, and customer satisfaction.
In 1948, Leonard Evans established Evans Tool & Die, Inc. located in Decatur, Georgia. The first facility, being his daughter’s playhouse, grew to later incorporate Evans Metal Stamping, Inc. Encouraging excellence and dedication in craftsmanship resulted in the finest quality products combined with long-term customers and employees.
Today they represent the Evans management team with over 150 years experience in the Tool & Die and Metal Stamping industry.
The commitment to quality and superior service has named Evans the south’s most respected name in metal products. Through organizational restructuring and specific planning, we are preparing to meet the challenges of the industry for decades to come. We stay informed on current issues affiliated with our industry via membership in the National Tool & Machining Association (NTMA) and the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).

Ray has served as the second generation leadership for over 50 years.
Ray served as the President of Evans from 2000 – 2011. Ray’s 51 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker and plant manager have been the heart of success for the Evans legacy. As a Master Tool Maker Ray is the bedrock of solid quality and highest skill on the Evans Team. Ray brings great leadership and oversight that has helped shaped Evans into the company that you love to do business with. Ray is currently serving on the Executive Council and continues to play a key role in the highest quality tool & die and metal stamping manufacturing.

Prior to joining Evans, Mr. Korzan played a key role in opening a new manufacturing company in Covington, GA. He has spent most of his career working in Accounting and Finance roles for manufacturing companies across various industries, including roles with industry leaders such as Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Sherwin-Williams, and Rock-Tenn.
